After nearly two years of renovation, redesign, and modernization, the Paschalville Branch, located in a vibrant part of West Philadelphia at 70th Street and Woodland Avenue, is open again. Part of the Rebuild Philadelphia Program, this branch features new flooring, paint, and furniture, reorganized floor plans, a new media room, and much more.

FRC was an integral element of the Paschalville branch overhaul. After completing a comprehensive inventory of the branch, FRC moved equipment, books, fixtures, and furniture into storage, so renovation could begin. After the work was done, FRC reversed the process, moving in books, new furniture, and updated equipment for the modernization of this more-than-a-century-old library.

FRC takes great pride in working with the Free Library of Philadelphia to revive and recharge its branches in our neighborhoods.
