Many branches of the Free Library of Philadelphia are being renovated, and FRC was there to help in Frankford. After working for a year on the Frankford Branch, it has been remodeled, refreshed, and ready to be reopened.
Before work began, FRC did a complete inventory, packed equipment, books, contents and furniture, and moved everything into storage. After work was completed, we moved it all back in, once the renovations were done!
FRC is proud to be part of this ongoing effort by the Free Library of Philadelphia to refresh our neighborhoods.
