We had a client in the city who was planning to move to a new suburban location. When COVID hit, construction and the move were delayed for almost eight weeks. After finally receiving permission to move forward, we had a limited amount of time to get the old and new space ready for a move. 

Beyond the physical move, FRC made sure the space met the most recent Business and Building Safety Requirements.  We had the space “return to work” cleaned; had all required sanitizing equipment and supplies installed throughout the space; prepared and installed all required signage.

AND decommissioned their center city location selling all existing furniture and furnishings to the new tenant.  A WIN WIN all around.
